We bake every day, no additives, with a starter we have kept for 14 years. Seasonal rolls, homemade cakes to order.
Our oven schedule, 5 batches a day, 365 days a year. Come when something is coming out. The aroma does the advertising itself.
Our oven dates from 1968. We restored it in 2012. It uses charcoal for bread and gas for sweets.

We may be small, but behind us are 14 years of work, regular neighbours, and many early mornings when everyone else is asleep.

Our 2012 starter gets another chance: flour, water, a little patience.
The dough is kneaded by hand and left to rise for 90 minutes at room temperature.
We open the bakery doors exactly when the first aroma begins.

Beagle Bakery started in 2012 when grandpa Stevan, after 30 years in a factory, opened a small bakery in the yard of his home in Ruma. The first months he baked only for the neighbours. Today we supply 4 local schools, 2 nurseries and 6 restaurants, but the approach is the same.
Flour, yeast, water, salt. That is how bread has been baked for 5,000 years.
The starter we have kept since founding gives the bread its distinctive flavour.
