90m² Apartment Renovation
How we did it.
A three-bedroom apartment in a 1908 Secession building, with 3.4m ceilings, original plaster ornaments, and wall cracks from 50 years of deferred maintenance. The client wanted modernisation while preserving the historic character.
We restored the ceiling plaster ornaments (specialist team, 4 weeks), replaced all utilities without cutting through the historic walls (running conduits along original paths), and laid solid walnut floors 22mm in a herringbone pattern.
Custom kitchen in veneered oak with a Calacatta stone countertop and integrated Miele appliances. Bathroom with bespoke terrazzo tiles, using 5 pigment combinations to achieve an authentic vintage look.
“I was looking for a team that understands historic construction and works to modern standards. Beagle Build does both. The plaster restoration exceeded my expectations, and every new layer was done to EU standards.”
