65m² Apartment Renovation
How we did it.
A 1970s apartment with outdated oil-based plumbing, worn hardwood flooring, and a kitchen separated from the living room by a partition wall. The clients wanted an open-plan layout, a custom kitchen, and a soaking-tub bathroom.
Work began in the first week of October: removing the wall between the kitchen and living room, full replacement of water and electrical systems (all new, with a 16-circuit distribution panel), floor insulation, and a new machine-laid screed. Oak parquet 14mm was laid throughout.
The custom kitchen was produced with our long-term partner, featuring MDF doors lacquered in matte blue, a quartz countertop, and an integrated Bosch fridge. The bathroom received Italian tiles (Mosaico+ collection), a 1700x800 soaking tub, and a heated towel rail.
“We had 3 quotes. Beagle Build was the clearest from day one. The daily photo reports were impressive. Finished exactly on time, no surprises afterward.”
