How we did it.
The client, a metal structures manufacturer, purchased 4,000m² in Inđija's industrial zone and needed a new production hall with an office annex. The project had to include a 5t overhead crane, three large industrial doors, and full electrical infrastructure for 380V machinery.
The foundation is a strip RC slab with a 60cm hardcore base. RC columns (40x40cm) at 6m centres. Steel roof structure with Z-purlins, clad in 0.7mm trapezoidal steel sheet with 12cm insulation.
ABUS GMC 5t overhead crane, with steel rails cast directly into the structure. Electrical installation dimensioned for 6 CNC machines drawing 75 kW simultaneously. Completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule, with all certificates and occupancy permit.
