Residential Building GF+5
How we did it.
A GF+5 residential building with an underground garage in Block 67. The investor required a fast schedule (18 months max from permit to handover), energy class B, and satisfied buyers across all 24 units.
RC monolithic structure with 25cm walls. 16cm EPS insulation on the facade, 14cm on the roof, 8cm under the ground-floor slab. PVC windows with 6-chamber frames and triple glazing Ug=0.6.
Every apartment includes finished flooring, laminat 8mm AC4, premium bathroom tiles (Marazzi), and kitchens with thermal-break doors. 2x Otis Gen2 lifts (one freight). Completed in 16 months, 2 months ahead of schedule. All 24 units sold before occupancy.
