P+1 Villa, turnkey
How we did it.
A villa on the slopes of Avala, 1,200m² plot. The client, a successful IT entrepreneur, wanted a modern Scandinavian-style home with smart-home integration, a 12x4m infinity pool, and a sound-insulated home office.
Design took 4 months in collaboration with our partner architectural studio. RC concrete structure with Wienerberger Porotherm 38 ceramic block infill, 16cm graphite EPS thermal insulation.
The smart-home uses an integrated KNX system controlling lighting, climate, blinds, the alarm system, and the pool. Everything from a phone app. The pool has a water cooling and heating system with programmable LED zone lighting. Finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
