You work in your own business hours, pay a fixed price in euros, and own everything we build from the first day.

Beeglantee is a digital studio in Ruma, Serbia, founded in 2012 and working in Serbian, English and German. Serbia runs on CET in winter and CEST in summer, so our working day is the same as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Scandinavia, and it overlaps with the US East Coast by roughly three hours. This page covers scoping, handover, code and account ownership, invoicing across borders, and what happens after launch.

What happens when you neglect your website?

These are the problems we see every week with new clients.

You think you will be waiting a day for every answer

That is the standard fear with offshore work, and it is usually about time zones. Serbia sits on UTC+1 in winter and UTC+2 in summer. If you are in Berlin, Amsterdam, Zurich, Milan or Stockholm, we open and close our laptops at the same hours you do. If you are in New York, 15:00 here is 09:00 for you, which gives a real three hour window every working day.

You are afraid the code lives in someone else's account

Plenty of agencies register the domain, the hosting and the analytics under their own name, and the handover never arrives. We set the repository, the Vercel project, the Supabase instance and the analytics property up under your ownership, and we hand over access. If you want to move to another studio later, you can do it without asking us for permission.

You do not know what an invoice from outside the EU does to your books

Serbia is outside the European Union and the EEA, so the paperwork is not identical to a domestic supplier. An invoice from us to an EU business carries no Serbian VAT, and the buyer accounts for VAT under its own reverse charge rules. Personal data transfers run on standard contractual clauses. Confirm the exact treatment with your own accountant before you sign.

You have been burned by a quote that kept growing

We quote a fixed project price in euros before the work starts. There is no published hourly rate, because we do not bill by the hour. If the scope changes mid project, we price the change and you approve it before anyone writes code.

[ What you get ]

A complete solution for your business

The EU working day, with no overlap problem

CET and CEST mean we share a full working day with Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Scandinavia. There is no overnight gap, no asynchronous handoff ritual, and no scheduling calls at awkward hours. You call in the morning, we answer in the morning.

A three hour window for the US East Coast

For clients in New York, Boston, Philadelphia or Atlanta, the overlap is roughly three hours each day. We hold calls and decisions inside that window and build in the hours before it. It is a smaller window than a domestic supplier gives you, and we say so before you book.

Fixed prices in euros, published ranges

Websites run 350 to 2800 EUR, online stores 600 to 4500 EUR, branding 250 to 1500 EUR, bundled packages 500 to 2800 EUR. Ongoing digital marketing is 250 to 350 EUR per month with no lock-in contract. Prices are final, with no hidden costs.

Next.js, Supabase and Vercel, or WordPress when that is honest

Our default build is Next.js with Supabase, deployed on Vercel, using static or server rendering rather than WordPress. For a small brochure site under about 1500 EUR, WordPress is usually the sensible answer and we will say that instead of selling you a custom build. Custom Next.js work is the premium option and it should be chosen for a reason.

Three working languages

We work in Serbian, English and German. German speaking clients can keep the whole project in German, including specs and review comments. Nothing gets lost in a translation layer between you and the person building the thing.

Results you can verify in Search Console

JD Limarija, a roofing sheet metal workshop, went from 125 to 999 search visits per 30 days in three months with 92 articles published. An insolvency administrator's site went from 88 to 651 visits a month over one year, with average search position improving from 8.4 to 5.3. Both numbers were measured in Google Search Console with zero spent on advertising.

What collaboration looks like step by step

Every project follows a proven methodology that guarantees results

01
01

1. First call inside your working hours

We talk for as long as it takes to understand the business, the buyers and what the site has to do. EU clients pick any slot in their normal day. US East Coast clients pick a slot in the three hour overlap. The call is in Serbian, English or German, your choice.

02
02

2. Written scope before any price

We write down what is included, what is not included, what you supply and what the launch condition is. You read it and correct it. Nothing moves until the written scope matches what you believe you are buying.

03
03

3. Fixed quote in euros

The quote is one number in euros against that scope, not an hourly estimate. It is final, with no hidden costs. If you later want something that was not in the scope, we price it separately and you decide.

04

4. Accounts created in your name from day one

The repository, the Vercel project, the Supabase database, the domain and the analytics are set up so that you are the owner. We work with access you grant, not with access we control. This is the step that makes the later handover a formality instead of a negotiation.

05
05

5. Build with a live staging link

You get a URL you can open any day to see the current state of the work. Feedback goes in writing so there is a record. We do not disappear for three weeks and then present a finished thing you have never seen.

6. Launch, handover and what comes next

At launch we transfer or confirm all access, show you how to edit content, and leave the project in a state another developer can pick up. After that you can walk away with everything, or keep us on monthly digital marketing at 250 to 350 EUR per month with no lock-in contract. Both are normal outcomes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Serbia runs on CET in winter and CEST in summer, which is UTC+1 and UTC+2. For clients in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Scandinavia that is the identical working day, so any normal meeting slot works. For the US East Coast the overlap is roughly three hours, since 15:00 in Serbia is 09:00 in New York, and we keep calls and decisions inside that window.

Serbia is outside the European Union and the EEA, so transfers of personal data from the EU run on standard contractual clauses rather than on intra-EU rules. Serbia also has its own personal data protection law, which follows the GDPR model. In practice this means one extra document in the contract pack, and we prepare it. Your own data protection advisor should review it before signing.

An invoice from a Serbian studio to an EU business carries no Serbian VAT, and the buyer accounts for VAT under its own reverse charge rules. This is normal for cross border services and most EU accountants handle it without comment. We issue the invoice in euros with the amount agreed in the quote. Confirm the treatment with your own accountant, because your local rules govern the entry.

You own the code and the accounts, and we hand over the repositories, hosting and analytics. We set these up under your ownership at the start of the project rather than migrating them at the end. If you decide to move to another studio, nothing is held hostage and no exit fee exists.

Beeglantee quotes a fixed project price in euros against a written scope, not an hourly rate. Published ranges are 350 to 2800 EUR for websites, 600 to 4500 EUR for online stores, 250 to 1500 EUR for branding, and 500 to 2800 EUR for bundled packages. The price is final with no hidden costs, and any change to the scope is priced and approved before work continues.

You supply the business context, the text or the raw material for it, logos and photos if you have them, and access to the domain. You also need one person who can make decisions and answer questions within a couple of days. The most common cause of a late project is content that never arrives, so we agree the content deadlines in the scope document.

After launch the site runs on your accounts on Vercel and Supabase, and we stay reachable in the same working hours as during the build. You can keep us on for ongoing digital marketing at 250 to 350 EUR per month with no lock-in contract, or call us only when something comes up. Either way, because the code and accounts are yours, any competent Next.js developer can also take over.

We are the wrong choice if you need someone physically in your office, or if you need full business hours coverage on US West Coast time, because the overlap is simply not there. If you want a small brochure site under about 1500 EUR, WordPress is usually the honest answer, and a local agency that lives in WordPress may serve you better than a custom Next.js build. We will tell you this on the first call rather than after the invoice.
