We build and run your website from Serbia, in the same working day as your office in the EU.
Beeglantee is a digital studio in Ruma, Serbia, building websites, online stores and search traffic for clients in the EU and the US since 2012. We work on CET in winter and CEST in summer, quote every project as a fixed price in euros, and hand over the code, the hosting and the analytics accounts at the end. We work in Serbian, English and German.
- Same working day as Germany and Austria
- Fixed project prices in euros, no hourly rate
- You own the code, hosting and analytics
Search visits per 30 days for JD Limarija, up from 125 in three months
Monthly search visits for an insolvency administrator's site, up from 88
Spent on ads behind both results
Studio founded in Ruma, Serbia
What happens when you neglect your website?
These are the problems we see every week with new clients.
Your agency answers while you sleep
Offshore teams send replies that land overnight, so one question costs a full day. Serbia runs on CET and CEST, which is the same working day as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Scandinavia. For a New York office the overlap is roughly three hours: 15:00 in Serbia is 09:00 in New York.
The quote moves while the project runs
Hourly billing turns every change request into a negotiation and every estimate into a guess. We quote a fixed project price in euros before work starts. There are no hidden costs and no published hourly rate to argue about.
The site looks fine and brings nothing in
A redesign that wins no search visits is a cost, not an asset. Both of our published results were measured in Google Search Console with zero spent on advertising. One went from 125 to 999 visits per 30 days in three months, the other from 88 to 651 visits a month over a year.
Nobody can tell you who owns what
Plenty of studios keep the repository, the hosting account and the analytics property in their own name. We hand all three over to you. If you leave, you leave with everything working.
A complete solution for your business
Websites from 350 to 2800 EUR
Marketing sites, service sites and multilingual sites, quoted as one fixed price in euros. The range covers a small brochure site at the low end and a custom build with content structure and search work at the high end. The pricing page breaks down what sits where.
Online stores from 600 to 4500 EUR
Catalogue, checkout, payment and shipping setup, built so you can add products without calling us. Scope drives the price: number of products, languages, and how much of the back office has to be custom. We tell you which band you are in before we start.
Next.js, Supabase and Vercel
We build on Next.js with static and server rendering, Supabase for data and Vercel for hosting. That is the premium option and it is the right one when the site has to be fast, structured and extended over years. The stack page explains where each piece is used.
WordPress when WordPress is the right answer
For a small brochure site under about 1500 EUR, WordPress is usually the better value and we will say so. If all you need is five pages and a contact form, paying for a custom build is money you do not have to spend. Above that line, custom Next.js work earns its price.
Branding and bundles
Branding runs from 250 to 1500 EUR, and bundled packages that combine identity, site and launch content run from 500 to 2800 EUR. Bundles exist because a logo decided after the site is built usually means rebuilding parts of the site. Everything stays a fixed price in euros.
Ongoing marketing with no lock-in
Content and search work runs from 250 to 350 EUR per month with no lock-in contract. That is how 92 articles were published for JD Limarija and how both measured results were produced without advertising. You can stop at the end of any month and keep what has been built.
What collaboration looks like step by step
Every project follows a proven methodology that guarantees results
First call, in English or German
We ask what the site has to do, who buys from you and what already exists. Thirty to forty five minutes is usually enough to tell whether WordPress or Next.js fits and which price band you are in. If we are not the right studio for the job, you hear that on this call.
Fixed written quote in euros
You get a scope and one price, not an hourly estimate. The quote lists what is included, what is not, and what the handover contains. Prices are final, with no hidden costs added later.
Paperwork before code
Serbia is outside the EU and the EEA, so personal data transfers from the EU run on standard contractual clauses, which we sign before anything goes live. Our invoice to an EU business carries no Serbian VAT, and you account for VAT under your own reverse charge rules. Confirm that treatment with your accountant, then we start.
Build in your working day
Work happens on CET or CEST, so questions get answered the same morning for EU clients and inside the afternoon overlap for the US East Coast. You see the staging site as it is built, not at the end. Changes inside the agreed scope do not change the price.
Launch and handover
The repository, the hosting and the analytics accounts go into your name at launch. We set up Google Search Console so the numbers that matter are measured from day one. You own the code and the accounts, not a licence to use them.
Content and search, if you want it
After launch we can keep publishing and tracking positions from 250 to 350 EUR per month with no lock-in. That is the part that moved an insolvency administrator's site from an average position of 8.4 to 5.3 over a year. If you would rather run it in house, we leave you the structure to do it.
The four questions buyers ask us first
Frequently Asked Questions
Serbia runs on CET in winter and CEST in summer, which is UTC+1 and UTC+2. That is the same working day as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Scandinavia, so there is no overlap problem at all with the EU. For the United States East Coast the overlap is roughly three hours, since 15:00 in Serbia is 09:00 in New York.
Our websites run from 350 to 2800 EUR and online stores from 600 to 4500 EUR, quoted as one fixed project price in euros. Branding runs from 250 to 1500 EUR and bundled packages from 500 to 2800 EUR. We do not bill by the hour and we do not publish an hourly rate, so the number in the quote is the number you pay.
Serbia is outside the European Union and the EEA, so transfers of personal data from the EU to us run on standard contractual clauses. Serbia also has its own personal data protection law, which follows the GDPR model. We sign the clauses before the project starts, and your data protection officer or lawyer should review them as they would for any non EEA supplier.
An invoice from a Serbian studio to an EU business carries no Serbian VAT. The buyer accounts for VAT under its own reverse charge rules, which is the same handling most EU companies already apply to non EU suppliers. Confirm the treatment with your own accountant before you book the first invoice.
Beeglantee builds on Next.js, Supabase and Vercel by default, with static and server rendering rather than WordPress. We do offer WordPress for small brochure sites under about 1500 EUR, because at that size it is usually the better value and we will tell you so. Custom Next.js work is the premium option and it pays off when the site has to be fast, structured and extended over several years.
You own the code and the accounts. The repository, the hosting and the analytics are handed over to you at launch, in your name. If you later move to another studio or bring the work in house, nothing is held back.
We have two results measured in Google Search Console, both with zero spent on advertising. JD Limarija, a roofing sheet metal workshop, went from 125 to 999 search visits per 30 days in three months, with 92 articles published. An insolvency administrator's site went from 88 to 651 visits a month over one year, with the average search position moving from 8.4 to 5.3.
We are the wrong choice if you need a team sitting in your office or on US Pacific hours, because the overlap with the West Coast is too thin to work well. If you want a five page brochure site and nothing more, a 350 EUR WordPress build is the honest answer and the custom stack would be money wasted. We also quote fixed prices on defined scope, so if your requirements are still open ended, an hourly agency may suit you better.
